Log Infeed Deck with Extensions – Model EL 1850H (3 Hydraulic Rollers)

The EL 1850H log infeed deck (with 3 hydraulic rollers and extensions) is an ideal solution for the firewood production industry. It has received excellent feedback, helping to modernize production processes and reduce labor costs. Designed to be attached to a firewood processor or log splitter, this is a robust, durable piece of equipment. The toothed infeed frame is operated by two hydraulic cylinders, which draw the necessary oil pressure from the hydraulic outlets of the firewood processor.

The external width of the toothed frame is 1850–2850 mm, and its length is 3500 mm. The inclined deck section is 3000 mm long and is bolted onto the main frame. The inclined deck can hold 3–4 solid cubic meters (m³) of raw material. The log infeed deck set includes the deck itself, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic hoses. This product is primarily manufactured to order. The log deck is equipped with three driven hydraulic rollers. It can be powered by the main hydraulic pump of the log splitter; alternatively, it can be operated using a separate hydraulic power unit, in which case the cost of that unit will be added to the price. If installation is performed by us, additional costs will apply (covering transport, auxiliary materials, and labor).
