Log Infeed Deck EL 1850H with 3 Hydraulic Rollers

The EL 1850H log infeed deck with 3 hydraulic rollers is designed for the firewood production industry. It is attached to a firewood processor (log splitter). This is a durable, robustly constructed piece of equipment. The log infeed deck has received excellent feedback; it helps modernize production processes and reduce labor costs.

The infeed rack is operated by two hydraulic cylinders, which draw the necessary oil pressure from the hydraulic outlets of the firewood processor. The rack has an external width of 1850 mm and a length of 3500 mm. An additional 3000 mm long inclined ramp section is bolted onto the rack. This inclined section can hold 3–4 cubic meters (solid volume) of raw material.

The log infeed deck assembly includes the deck itself, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic hoses. The roller conveyor section features 3 driven rollers. This product is primarily made to order. The hydraulic power for the infeed table can be sourced from the log splitter’s main pump. Alternatively, the infeed table can be operated via a separate hydraulic power unit; in this case, the cost of the additional unit will be added to the price. If we perform the installation, additional costs related to the installation (transport, extra materials, and labor) will apply.
