The EL 1850 log infeed deck (without roller conveyor) is an ideal aid for the firewood production industry. The product has received excellent feedback. It helps modernize production and reduce labor costs. The infeed deck is designed to be attached to a firewood processor (log splitter). It is a durable piece of equipment with a very robust construction. The toothed infeed rack is operated by two hydraulic cylinders, which draw the necessary oil pressure from the hydraulic outlets of the firewood processor.
The external width of the toothed rack section is 1850 mm, and its length is 3500 mm. The inclined deck section is 3000 mm long and is bolted onto the toothed rack section. The inclined deck can hold 3–4 solid cubic meters (m³) of raw material.
The infeed deck set includes the infeed deck, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic hoses. This product is primarily manufactured to order. This log feed deck does not include a roller conveyor. The hydraulic power for the feed deck can be drawn from the log splitter’s main pump. Alternatively, the feed deck can be operated using a separate hydraulic power unit; in this case, the cost of the additional power unit will be added to the price. If we perform the installation, additional costs related to the installation (transport, extra materials, and labor) will apply.
